Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  
Please note Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item (including any complimentary items/gifts with purchase) must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

Failure to return an item in the original condition will result in damage charges which will be deducted from the sum of the return value.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at radiantspiritboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage will be paid by the purchaser.  We recommend tracked postage - please retain your proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will require photographic evidence of any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that are labelled 'sold as seen', sale items, gift cards, jewellery or personalised items and made to order items unless faulty.  Please get in touch if you have concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
